HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
If You Purchased Free Returns Coverage with Checkout+
- Start your return through our returns portal.
- Submit your return request for approval.
- Once your return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to the email address used when placing your order.
- Print the label, attach it to your package, and ship your item back. Alternatively, you can get the QR code scanned at the post office and they will print on your behalf.
Your return will be totally free whether you select a refund (on full price items only), gift card or exchange.
If You Did Not Purchase Free Returns Coverage
- Start your return through our returns portal.
- Purchase a return shipping label directly through the portal.
- Your return label will be emailed to the email address used when placing your order.
- Print the label, attach it to your package, and ship your item back. Alternatively, you can get the QR code scanned at the post office and they will print on your behalf.
To note: if you select a refund or gift card, the label fee will be deducted from your total returned amount upon processing.

| Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Misdescribed Items |
| If you receive an item you believe is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact support with your order number and photographs where available. |
| Return Conditions |
| Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. |
| Return Shipping Costs |
| Return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds or gift cards where applicable. |
| Processing Times |
| Once received at the warehouse, returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days. |
| Exchanges |
| Exchanges are subject to stock availability. |
| Rejected Returns |
| Returns that do not meet the policy conditions may be declined. |
